Description

The erection of a single storey rear extension, which would extend beyond the rear wall of the original house by 4.73 metres, with a maximum height of 3.567 metres and an eaves height of 2.45 metres.The extension will be constructed using materials of a similar appearance to those used in the construction of the exterior of the existing dwellinghouse. The development falls within the limits set out in Class A.1(g) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended), and this application is made in accordance with the prior approval procedure outlined in paragraph A.4.
