Remove ridge tiles and double romans, lath and plaster, and reinstall tiles. Roof timbers to be treated for wood worm. Breathable membrane and graded battens to be installed. Repoint Chimneys with lime mortar and treated. Renew chimney leadwork. Lime mortar verge to be installed. New aluminium guttering and downpipes installed.
