The tree is about house height, maybe higher and is very top heavy.It is about 8m from the back of Rogers house, leaning away, but will cause damage to 2 of the neighbours properties.There is a lot of movement in the tree, and there is an exposed root, which is now splitting, and the earth around the baseof the tree is now raised and broken.There are a lot of walnuts on the tree causing it to be even heavier.
