Description

1. Removal of Cupressus Leylandii Gold by pedestrian entrance gate (marked 'T1' on the enclosed map); 2. Removal of conifer tree (marked T2 and T3 on the map) and a further unidentified tree which have both been allowed to grow unchecked with root growth that is interfering with a neighbour's boundary wall and which has intertwined with a Photinia Red Robin, which has also been allowed to grow unchecked; 3. Removal of Cupressus Leylandii Gold, Prunus (marked T4) and two other fir type trees (marked T5 and T6) sited between the garage and bedroom where root growth may impinge on both parts of the building. These trees have been planted too closely together and have now almost morphed into one; 4. Removal of 6no fruit trees, including a plum (marked 'T11 - T16' on the map). These trees have been poorly maintained and show signs of die back, canker, and gall; 5. Removal of 3no Betula pendula trees (marked T8 - T10 on the map) which have been planted on the north east facing boundary with the neighboring property's garage where the trees overhang the neighbouring property and root growth could cause damage to the neighbour's garage.
