T1 - Maple (rear garden adjacent to patio area) Crown reduction by up to 3 metres in height and up to 3 metres on the road-facing and neighbouring boundary sides to provide suitable clearance from the highway and neighbouring garden. Crown to be reduced evenly to suitable growth points retaining a flowing to maintain natural shape.Remove minor deadwood.T2 - Cherry (rear boundary adjacent to fence) Fell to ground level.Reason: Tree is in visible physiological decline with significant deadwood present and reduced vitality. It heavily overhangs the neighbouring property and is of Limited long term sustainability and amenity value. Removal proposed due to deterioration and potential risk of branch failure.Replacement planting: Proposed replacement: 1 no. Amelanchier lamarckii (or similar small ornamental species), 8-10cm girth, to be planted within the rear garden during the next planting season.
