T41 - Oak - Reduce in height and radial spread by 1-2m. Current estimated height 15m leaving at 12m. The works proposed are as follows:Crown reduction of approximately 15%,Removal of all epicormic growth along the main trunk, andThinning of epicormic growth within the crown.The reason for the proposed works is that the tree???s crown and growth are currently encroaching too close to the roofs of at least two properties. This proximity poses a potential risk to the structural integrity of the buildings, especially during adverse weather, and has become a concern for residents.The intended works are aimed at maintaining the health and structure of the tree while reducing the risk it poses due to its size and proximity to the houses. These actions will help to manage the tree responsibly without compromising its long-term vitality or amenity value.
