Installation of new black painted timber framed windows, new signage for the main entrance into the building, alterations and replacements to existing canopies, the replacement of the main entrance doors, and one new automatic doors, installation of a new wall mounted tube light, installation of new black finish aluminium cable casings, rainwater pipe, fascias, soffits and gutters, alterations to existing hard surfaces to make accessibility improvements, the erection of a new side wall; and the installation of x 8 new Air Condenser (AC) units; and select existing windows be blocked up and rendered or bricked up with new frame for grilles and blank panel to be installed at the top of the openings.
