Overhead Line (Exemption) (England & Wales) Regulations 2009, Statutory Instrument 2009 No. 640 Electricity, Paragraph 3 (1) Application for a Form B completion for S.37 for works under the Electricity Act by UK Power Networks at Allhallows to refurbish 2 x overhead lines at Rochester to reinforce the local electricity network. This will involve replacement of poles and refurbishing of the overhead line for which some works are in a RAMSAR site
