Description

Listed Building consent for the removal and repair of the external walls and roof and creation of a small extension to the ground floor game room, which is to form an open-plan living space and a new first-floor En-suite with strip rooflight; removal of the ground floor WC, rear porch and existing fabric to form an open-plan living space; lower floor level of the existing game room by approx. 100mm to allow level access; removal and replacement of late brick wall to living area to ensure structural stability; Replace one late window of low significant with black crittall style window matching the new crittall doors; infill an existing hole with matching brick slips or decorative stucco wall plaque alteration of the internal layout to the main house and annexe; reinstatement of kitchens chimney surround to its former state; installation of 1 no. conservation roof light to the existing first floor En-suite; replace coal chute cover with openable glass cover;remove a portion of external cement-based render and installation of black timber cladding; creation of a new glass corridor and utility area between the main house and the annexe; removal of three timber frame windows and external wall fabric to the annexe and installation of black crittall style doors and black timber cladding; damp treatment to the annexe; and alteration to the landscape of the rear garden.
