Tree is an immature sycamore, approx 150mm to 200mm in diameter. 5m to 6m in height, and leaning towards the neighbouring boundary. Tree removal and stump grinding proposed to create walkway and develop flower bed. Access for tree felling, removal and stump grinding works will be through side access of home (6 Oxford Road), as confirmed by tree surgeon. Works in conservation area but no TPO in place.
