Description

All trees of any species that overhang the public footpath, northeast of St Augustine School between points A & B on the attached plan:In perpetuity and as the need arises, crown lift to provide no more than 3.0m clearance above the footpath, making all cuts at suitable growth points.In perpetuity and as the need arises, cut growth below a height of 2.5m above ground level back to the school fence line.In perpetuity and as the need arises, cut growth to provide up to 0.5m clearance from the illuminated head of any streetlight, as well as any growth below the illuminated head of any streetlight.Reasons: to prevent obstruction to the public footpath and to ensure street lights are not damaged or obstructed by tree growth.
