T29 - Oak - Remove major deadwood over 25mm in diameter; Reduce overall canopy diameter to provide no more than 3m clearance from the surface of the rooves, walls and aerials of dwellings at 22, 23 Hallwood Close; Reduce branches growing outside canopy major diameter to match canopy diameter; Lift canopy by 0.5m removing minor branches less than 25mm in diameter growing towards the ground; Remove epicormic growth on the main stem up to a height no greater than 6m above ground level; thin crown overall by up to 20% to allow right to light in lounge.
