Description

Conversion of existing offices and part of ground floor workshop into 2no. transformer rooms (on ground level), and new LV Room (on mezzanine level).The works including extending the mezzanine floor area, to provide sufficient space for the new LV switchgear, and raising the roof by approx. 1200mm to provide sufficient headroom. Maintenance access to the new roof will be provided, and the parapet will also be raised to 1100mm above roof level to provide suitable edge protection.
