Additional separation between plots (Fitchett & Classics) to aid buildability for respective regions – between plots 332 & 358 and 319 & 320 3. Bloor Sales Area reconfigured – plots 520-526 – this is to bring in line with the Bloor Group’s latest preferred sales configuration. 4. Fitchett – Upton house type swapped for Clumber – 4no: plots 225, 228, 263 & 284. 5. Realignment of diverted PROW at boundary with Martley Road (opposite plot 250) in order to align with existing PROW on opposite side of Martley Road. Also, reduction in width of the S38 footpath opposite 262-265 from 3m to 2m – these two amendments were requested by the Rights of Way Officer as part of a separate diversion order application.
