Changed the cladding to the Rear and Rear Side from timber cladding to JHardie VL plank. The cladding will follow the same pattern.2. The front elevation - The central rendered wall will be replaced with timber cladding. There will be a feature decorative mosaic near the front entrance.3. Extra roof lights have been added to the roof of the single storey mixed use workshop.4. Landscaping changes - a concrete path for access and maintenance as been located around the building. Accessible ramps and an accessible car space has been added to the front of the building.5. Two outbuildings close to the new build have been relocated.6. Window colour changes.
