Description

An application to the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy for consent under section 37 of the Electricity Act 1989 to install and keep installed above ground an electric line of any voltage. Works involve upgrading approximately 15 spans of the existing High Voltage (HV)overhead network to 3-phase operation by installing an additional third conductor to the existing line at Fambridge Road, Mundon. The works may also involve replacing existing poles in like for like for positions dependent on the condition of the poles, and installing new stay wires.
