Amendment sought: Building footprints have been adjusted, driveway and parking bays amended to suit ECC Highways & Maldon Parking design guidance, highway locations have been adjusted to allow for visibility splays and turning heads to ensure a compliant design, garage footprint have been adjusted to suit compliant driveway designs and maisonette block have been rotated to provide better parking arrangement and rear gardens. Extra parking space added to Plot 645 and 647 - the provision still accords with the relevant parking standards, Plot 630 and 633 now have private gardens - the principle of this has already been established on the site with the smaller maisonette block, knee high walls to the front of the smaller maisonette block have been omitted - this prevents pedestrian access along the front of the block.
