Amendment sought: Amend the wording of Conditions 43 (operational hours), and 44 (delivery hours) to enable the operational opening of the units to be between 07:00 to 23:00 hours on Mondays to Saturdays, Sundays and Public Bank Holidays; and enable the delivery of items between the hours of 07:30 to 19:00 Monday to Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
