Construction of 186 residential units with 126 car parking spaces and 276 secure cycle spaces including a new road connection at Dallow Road and pedestrian access between Dallow Road and Clifton Road and associated landscaping. - Non-Material Amendment to Planning Permission No. 18/01833/FULdated 14th July 2020 and (21/00508/DOC and 23/01025/SECMOD). -(a). Access from street level to residential blocks and cycle/bin stores, combined to enhance security and safety. (b). Internal layouts of residential apartments, coordinated with the proposed Metsec structural framing, heating and ventilation systems. (c). Window locations, coordinated with the proposed Metsec structural panel system and Hardie plank facade system. (d). Articulation of the balconies to enhance the dynamics of the building blocks, coordinated with the structural design and drainage. (e). Insertion of a continuous band of louvred panels to facilitate and coordinate ventilation to the residential apartments. (f). Articulation of the parapet at roof level, developed in detail based on the consented proposal. (g). Introduction of privacy screens to the balconies, designed as planted dividers. (h).Re-arrangement of the internal layout at ground floor level of Block C, in response to the site levels providing for access and daylight to residential apartments. (i) Updated internal layout of semi-detached houses in Dallow Road and Clifton Road, in response to site levels and affected access to the dwellings. Relocating the apartments to the street frontage.
