Deed of Variation to remove or amend clauses in the Main Section, Schedule 1 and 2 of the s106 agreement dated 12th July 2022 for planning permission ref: 20/00060/VAR. The proposed changes include: • Amendments to obligations relating to stadium re-opening dates and past events; • Amendments and deletions to Event Day Travel Plan Monitoring obligations; • Amendments to how and when Event Day Surveys take place; • Deletion of Non-Event Day Travel Plan and Non-Event Day Travel Plan Monitoring obligations; • Amendments to Sustainable Transport Contribution obligations reflecting that this has already been paid; • Deletion of Temporary Bicycle Parking obligation; • Amendments to Car Park Agreements obligations; • Deletion of Car Park Management Strategy; • Amendments to DLR Staffing obligation noting that a payment has been agreed for improvements at West Ham Station; • Deletion of Event Management Plan Monitoring; • Amendments to timing requirements for the Event Management Plan obligations; • Deletion of Façade Treatment Design Process obligations noting that the provisions have already been complied with; • Amendments to Annual Monitoring Information and employment obligations; • Deletion of Non-Potable Water obligations noting that these are no longer relevant.
