Description

To carry out internal and external refurbishment works to the existing Church and adjoining Hall facility to be repurposed as a Church and Community Hub, including a single-storey flat roof extension to the rear; replacement of selected side and rear elevation windows with grey PVCu double-glazed units and installation of aluminium curtain walling to the Oakvale Hall and aluminium-framed main entrance doors; removal of two lead cupolas from the Church Hall and Grenfell Hall roofs and removal of the existing brick chimney stack to the rear elevation; accessibility improvements including a new ramped access to the side elevation; erection of signboards at the site entrances and on the building façade; and replacement of the existing 3m-high concrete post-and-panel boundary fence to the rear of the site. *amended description*
