Description

Application for Certificate of Proposed Lawful Development to change use from a dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) to a children's home (Use Class C2), to care for a maximum of 1 child. The child would receive 1:1 care 24/7. Care staff would work 48 hours shifts with change overs taking place every third day.
