Application for non-material amendment to vary condition nos. 2 and 10 attached to 17F/0103 - (To convert the existing Mill buildings into 123 residential apartments with associated alterations to external elevations, removal of modern infill and part demolition of block to internal yard, stair enclosure and the erection of a two storey roof top extension; to redevelop land around the Mill by the erection of three blocks, 10, 11 and 14 storeys, to provide 194 residential apartments and 200 serviced apartments (C1 Use), together with 574sqm of commercial floorspace to be used for purposes within Use Classes A1 (Retail), A2 (Financial and professional services), A3 (Restaurants and cafes), A4 (Drinking establishments), A5 (Hot food takeaways) and/or a fitness centre / gymnasium (within Class D2); and carry out associated works, including public realm works) so as to make external and internal alterations to the former Mill (Block D) element of the site; including an increase in number of residential units from 123 to 138) so as to allow for a revised phasing plan in respect of public realm materials; to require the provision of samples of public realm materials on-site in respect of Phase 1 of the development only; and attach a new condition, no.42, to require the provision of samples of public realm materials on-site in respect of Phase 2 of the development.
