To vary conditions 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 attached to planning ref 23L/2713 (To carry out public realm improvements to the area between the Museum of Liverpool and the Royal Albert Dock area, including lighting and utilities provision, renewal and upgrading of existing South Dry dock with the introduction of new lift/staircase and installation of a Contemplation Space, new marine stop wall, new replacement balustrades around the dry docks and the installation of a new pedestrian bridge connecting Hartley Quay with the Canning Dock southern quayside) so as to add the phrase ‘in relation to each relevant phase as agreed’ into each condition.
