Application for non-material amendment to 17F/3094 (To vary conditions 2 attached to 17F/0103 - (To convert the existing Mill buildings into 123 residential apartments with associated alterations to external elevations, removal of modern infill and part demolition of block to internal yard, stair enclosure and the erection of a two storey roof top extension; to redevelop land around the Mill by the erection of three blocks, 10, 11 and 14 storeys, to provide 194 residential apartments and 200 serviced apartments (C1 use), together with 574 sqm of commercial floorspace to be used for purposes within Use Classes A1 (Retail), A2 (Financial and professional services), A3 (Restaurants and cafes), A4 (Drinking establishments), A5 (Hot food takeways) and/or a fitness centre/gymnasium (within Class D2); and carry out associated works, including public realm works) so as to make external and internal alterations to the former Mill (Block D) element of the site; including an increase in number of residential units from 123 to 138) so as to make internal and external alterations to Block C, including minor internal layout changes; adjusting window locations at ground floor; omission of eternal door; relocation of louvred door and refuse storage door; introduction of external door to stair core; reduction in size of plant screen; and addition of a dry riser inlet.
