Description

To carry out external and internal alterations, including remodelling of the galleries, installation of new stair and lift cores, new main entrance and alterations to the ground floor Dockside elevations. Refurbishment and replacement of modern windows and door alterations, including adaptation of glazing at ground floor to create a new entrance from Mermaid Court. Improvements to existing galleries at 1st to 4th floors and creation of riverside multi-purpose spaces and new auditorium on 4th floor. Refurbishment of other associated spaces, visitor services and new cafe, shop, cloakroom and toilet facilities. New plant and associated works, including four minor insertions in dock walls to accommodate water source heat pumps.
