Section 73 Planning Application to vary condition 19 attached to Planning ref 20F/2453 (Application for amendments to approved applications 18F/3231 & 18L/3232, amendments to fuel tank, ferry terminal roof recess, passenger access system, plant room height and Linkspan) so as to allow for limited night-sailing at the new Ferry Terminal to facilitate existing night-sailing that occurs annually to and from the current terminal associated with the annual Isle of Man TT and Manx Grand Prix events.
