To vary condition 1 and remove condition 2 attached to application number 21F/1015 (Condition 1 - The 15.7m wide temporary opening in the Dock Wall shall only be used for vehicular traffic for a maximum period of 3 years from the date of this permission and thereafter the site shall be limited to pedestrian/cycle use only and the access shall be re-configured so that the gap in the wall is reduced to the 6m wide gap approved by this permission, as illustrated on dwg no. PL1470. GA331.2- Permanent Scheme Proposed Site Plan. Condition 2 Within three months of the planning permission, a scheme of highway works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the LPA detailing how the vehicular and pedestrian access arrangements interface with Bath Street (as to be constructed) and the subsequent implementation of those works in accordance with a programme to be agreed will be implemented in accordance with drawing 1995-CIV-XX-XX-D-C-SK-005-P06. The works shall then be implemented in accordance with the approved scheme prior to the route being used by vehicular traffic.
