Application to discharge conditions 12 and 14 of planning permission LA05/2025/0832/F Condition 12 of the planning permission states: ‘No development shall commence onsite other than site clearance, site preparation and the formation of foundations and trenches, until a method of sewerage disposal has been submitted to and agreed in writing with the council in consultation with NI Water. ’ Condition 14 of the planning permission states: ‘Development shall not begin until the applicant provides evidence, to the satisfaction of the Council, that NI Water has confirmed the proposed works will not affect the existing sewer infrastructure. ’
