Description

Expansion to Maghaberry to provide neighbourhood community comprising of a nursing home, affordable and private serviced apartments for senior citizens in Categories 1 and 2 with shared physio, gym and wellness facilities, and a mix of bungalows and family homes with and without the provision of care. The scheme will also provide health and wellbeing services including GP and dentist provision, podiatry, optometry, pharmacy, and counselling, alongside a veterinary practice and retail units. The Shed restaurant and coffee shop will be extended. The development will deliver public open space with landscaped gardens and play areas, with vehicular access from Hammonds Road.
