Non material change application to planning approval LA05/2022/0458/RM; It is proposed to move the dwelling 0.9m towards the rear of the site (further away from the road edge) to allow the foundations to be installed to validate the planning approved. (The existing electric pole is in the middle of the foundations for the living area in the position were it was approved and NIE are taking over a year to alter its position therefore being beyond the expiry date for the planning approval) . Timber cladding is proposed around the front entrance door.
