Description

Provision of over spill car parking facilities for bmf Business Services office staff located at 19A Maghaberry Rd, Maghaberry. Vehicular access to the new car park site will be via the existing entrance to the site located of Arindale Maghaberry. A separate pedestrian access will be provided to the existing public footpath along Arindale Maghaberry. There will be no buildings erected on site as part of the car park development. Both the road facing boundary fences to Arindale and the Maghaberry Rd will be enhanced gates to both the vehicular and pedestrian entrance to the car park will be erected to control unauthorised entry to the site.
