Discharge of Condition 2 of planning approval LA05/2021/1139/F- A solution to the existing surface water network was agreed during the planning process by virtue of Schedule 6 Consent to Discharge being approved by Rivers Agency. NI Water have now approved the overall drainage design by approving the Article 161 for the subject lands.
