With the exception of one unit, which shall not be less than 734 sq m gross floorspace, no individual unit shall be less than 1,000 square metres in gross floorspace. Proposed amended text for this condition: The gross floorspace of the retail warehouses shall not exceed 6180 square metres. Unit 1 shall not be less than 1,000 sq m, Unit 2 shall not be less than 734 sq m, Unit 3/4 shall not be less than 1,000 sq m and Units 5a and 5b shall not be less than 665 square metres gross floorspace each
