Description

Refurbishment and alterations to Ballinderry War Memorial Hall - consisting of: 1) renewal of roof coverings, leadwork, render, rainwater goods and soil vent pipe; 2) addition of 1 no. vent stack; 3) repairs to high level masonry externally; 4) connection to existing drainage below ground; 5) new memorial plaque to north curved flanking wall; 6) enlargement of existing kitchen and other catering facilities; 7) new platform lift; 8) new wheelchair-accessible unisex WC; 9) new coffee dock, chair store and ancillary office accommodation at first floor level; 10) thermal upgrade of the building envelope; 11) repairs to structural timbers; and 12) renewal of internal joinery and finishes where required.
