Description

1. The rear hanger doors are to be refurbished as per the original SMC application. (SMC25-19/20) Apart from, A revised cladding fixing detail to prevent substantial water ingress through the hanger doors as found following refurbishment of Hanger 1 and 2 south facing doors. 2. The existing ACO drain along the existing fence line is to be retained / refurbished and the surface and tarmac surface from the building to the ACO drain is to be made good as required. 3. The existing building corners (8no. total) are to be refurbished and made good to match their current arrangement. 4. A new ACO drain to be installed along the southern facing hanger doors, previously refurbished over the past number of years. (Phases 1 & 2) 5. A new aluminium threshold strip is to be installed within the hangers at each door (4no.) to reduce water ingress.
