Section 54 application to vary condition 12 of planning approval LA05/2022/0830/F- Original text for this condition: No more than 47 dwellings shall be built and occupied until the commercial/industrial units indicated as W1-W6 on the proposed site plan bearing the Council date stamp 16 March 2022 are fully constructed. Reason: To ensure the delivery of the commercial/industrial units and comprehensive development of the site. Proposed amended text for this condition: On the occupation of the first residential unit, the Council shall be notified, and no later than four years from that date, the commercial/industrial units indicated as W1-W6 on the proposed site plan bearing the Council date stamp 16 March 2022 are fully constructed. Reason: To ensure the delivery of the commercial/industrial units and comprehensive development of the site
