Description

This application is only for discharge of Planning Condition 13. This is revision P02 in follow up to the initial submission, revision P01. See cover letter for a detailed summary of updates incorporated, with the primary updates including adding baffles to the lighting heads to reduce the light spill on vegetation. The updated lighting calculations and isolux plots are now provided to include the acoustic barriers on the scheme and model the reduction from rear baffles. Additional measures are outlined on the programming of the sensors on the light alongside further mitigation measures to demonstrate best practical means to reduce light spill.
