Section 54 application to remove condition 3 of planning approval S/2014/0699/F: Hours of operation of the Materials Recovery Facility hereby approved shall be restricted to 0700-1900 Monday to Friday, 0800-1300 Saturday and no Sunday working. The Materials Recovery Facility is made up of 4 planning permissions (Refs. S/2014/0699/F, LA05/2016/0359/F, LA05/2018/1181/F and LA05/2021/0074/F). The first 3 of the above noted permissions are the subject of a Condition 3 restriction on operational hours. The most recent 2021 permission has no restrictions and has operated without any complaints. This application seeks to rationalise all 4 permissions so that no operational restrictions apply.
