Section 54 application to vary planning Conditions 15 and 16 on Planning Approval LA05/2021/0353/RM Amend Condition No 15 from: All existing trees and screen planting on western and southern boundaries of the site as indicated in green on drawing 01 bearing the LCC Planning Office date stamp 23rd March 2021, shall be permanently retained except where safe vehicular access is to be gained or unless necessary to prevent danger to the public in which case a full explanation along with a scheme of compensatory planting shall be submitted to and agreed by the Council. Amend Condition No 16 from.: All hard and soft landscaping of the site shall be completed in accordance with the details indicated on Drawing 05 bearing date stamp 16th March 2023 within the first planting season following the granting of this permission. All planting shall be native species. Any trees, hedges or shrubs dying, diseased, removed or seriously damaged within a 5 year period of the date of first occupation of the dwelling shall be replaced the next planting season with specimen of the same type, unless the council agrees otherwise in writing. To: All hard and soft landscaping of the site shall be completed in accordance with the details indicated on (updated landscape drawings P02 and P03) bearing (date) within the first planting season following the granting of this permission. All planting shall be native specified.
