Section 54 application to Vary condition 6 of planning approval LA05/2021/1314/RM from: The construction of the development hereby permitted, including the clearing of topsoil, shall not commence until the existing buildings, coloured green and yellow on the approved Outline plans ref: LA05/2017/0816/01&02 date stamped 2nd August 2018 are demolished, all rubble and foundations have been removed and the site restored in accordance with a scheme to be submitted to the Council and approved in writing.
