Description

Section 54 application to vary Condition 3, 4, 5 and 6 of approval for the Construction of a new 14 classroom primary school, comprising a multi-purpose hall, teaching and resource facilities with associated hard and soft landscaping, including a new access road, car parking and drop off facilities (LA05/2019/1236/F). Application is seeking permission to vary Condition 3, 4, 5 and 6 of approval LA05/2019/1236/F in order to maintain continuity of education provision on the site. The project provides satisfactory means of access throughout the whole construction, complying with the interest of road safety and the convenience of road users. During the whole construction access road, parking spaces and drop-off are provided to satisfy the stated conditions, not compromising the ongoing school activities. After completion of the site works the designated new access, drop-off area and car parking shall remain open at all times for that use, when children are being left to and collected from the school.
