FRONT: Cotoneaster Tree (T2) Ht 3.5m. FELL.REASON: damage observed to the front bay window of the property.Informative A: it is noted that the CCTV drain survey detailed in p.2 of Auger's report states the joint displacements found in two drain lines could be leading to water escape influencing subsidence; also the soil is not desiccated at either depth (0.8m or 1.3m) where roots were found. Informative B: if the Cotoneaster is felled, please create habitat log piles with arisings for wildlife and biodiversity.
