It is currently being partially supported by garden furniture and poses an immediate risk to occupants of the house and surrounding property. Condition to replace applies.TPO: The London Borough of Lewisham (Garlies Road/Allenby Road/1-45 Perry Rise/rear of Houston Road) Tree Preservation Order 1976.Informative A: the landowner has a duty to plant a replacement TPO tree when there is an urgent necessity to remove the tree because it is dead or presents an immediate risk of serious harm, ref. para 79 and 80 of Tree Preservation Orders and trees in conservation areas, government guidance 6 March 2014. Informative B: the replacement tree in TPO G37 with an Indian Horse Chestnut, is important to maintain the TPO, for rear amenity, wildlife and urban forest canopy for shade to reduce increasingly high summer temperatures due to climate change.
