REAR: ONE Elder (T1)(ht.4m) FELL.Reason: poor quality, self-seeded specimen, crown in decline, client is reinstating boundary fencing where the tree is growing and is keen to relandscape and plant the area.FRONT: ONE Ash (T3)(ht.8m) remove deadwood (exempt works).Reason: tree has major deadwood overhanging a public footpath, prominent basal decay and Inonotus hispidus brackets on top of the crown, outside a school, posing a hazard.Informative A: replacement planting is encouraged for rear (T1) for amenity and to support wildlife with another elder or such as crab apple, pear, hazel, laburnum, Magnolia, mulberry. Informative B: huge thanks for retaining the front ash for streetscape amenity, wildlife and shade to reduce increasingly high summer temperatures due to climate change. Informative C: please create habitat log piles with arisings from T1 & T2 for wildlife and biodiversity.
