FRONT: ONE dead lime (T1)(ht.5m) FELL. Duty to replace applies. Reason: low pollard, ivy covered, the tree was dead in 2025, the front wall has collapsed and needs to be rebuilt with adequate foundations, the tree is very unstable and now liable to fall onto the public pavement, to replace with a small species Magnolia under duty to replace.Informative A: the landowner has a duty to plant another tree of an appropriate size and species at the same place when a tree is removed in a conservation area because it is dead or presents an immediate risk of serious harm.
