Informative B: suggest replacement tree species such as crab apple, pear, quince (Cydonia oblonga), mulberry, Magnolia, Cornus mas, Amelanchier, paperbark maple, orange bark myrtle (Luma apiculate) for rear amenity, wildlife and shade to reduce increasingly high summer temperatures due to climate change, and could be planted in a cleared area of the lawn near original location.
