Duty to replace applies.Reason: recent health and safety inspection identified the tree which was planted in the 1970s is dead and risk to nearby property.The London Borough of Lewisham (Land at the rear of Woodyates Road and Pitfold Road, London SE12) Tree Preservation Order 1996.
