Description

An application submitted under Section 96a of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a non-material amendment to planning permission ref: DC/19/110414 (dated 20 March 2019) for the approval of Reserved Matters for Plot 6 consisting of Blocks 6A, 6B and 6C (part Phase 3) facing Oxestalls Road and Grove Street, as amended. The application seeks to make the following amendments:Re-locate part of the approved cycle parking provision from Block 6C to Block 6A through the conversion of the approved residents' lounge and toilet to cycle parking, including the application of semi-opaque privacy film to glazing. The overall cycle parking provision for Plot 6 would be retained.Install a canopy above the ground-floor duplex entrance to Block 6C on the east elevation.Amend plant area and service door formats on Blocks 6B and 6C (north, south and east elevations).Introduce a central panel to the main entrance doors to accommodate intercom and access control equipment.Install access gates to the ground-floor terraces of Block 6C to provide secondary means of escape.
