REAR: ONE dead Cherry (T1)(ht.3m) FELL.REASON: tree is dead with decayed root buttresses.REPLANTING PROPOSAL: Client will be replanting with x1 Prunus avium (wild cherry) 3-3.5m in height with a girth of circa 8-10cm.Informative A: the landowner has a duty to plant another tree of an appropriate size and species when a tree is removed in a conservation area because it is dead or presents an immediate risk of serious harm.
